<p class=MsoPlainText>As was discussed in last week's PPS Users Group meeting,
the UC & CUE Agreement on Temporary Layoffs was intended to commence with
January earnings paid February 1, 2010. However, due to the timing of the
agreement and the holiday closure in December, the necessary programming was
not completed in time to implement the agreement for the February 1st payroll.
The March 1st payroll will be the new target date for the payroll reduction.
The Agreement will remain in effect for 12 months following the effective date.<o:p></o:p></p>
