note that leave balances will not be shown on pay stubs or earnings
statements. Leave balances will be shown on the Time Record and on
the IHRS screen in PPS after the MA compute (December 2, 2009).
Time Records will be distributed by no later than Monday, December 7<sup>th</sup>.
This process has changed due to the PTO balances associated with the
Furloughs. All leave balances including PTO (furlough leave) will
be correctly shown on the Time Record.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
