been completed as follows: <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>Effective Date – 10/01/2009<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<ol style='margin-top:0in' start=1 type=1>
<li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>3% across the board (ATB)
base building increase for SX unit members (ATB only, no range adjustment)<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Transition employees to
the new step structures. <o:p></o:p></li>
<ol style='margin-top:0in' start=1 type=1>
<li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1'>Step placement is based
on full years of qualifying UC service in current title (qualifying
service is counted as each month of UC service on pay status for 50% or
more time, as of 09/30/2009).<o:p></o:p></li>
<li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1'>One step is granted for
every two full years of UC qualifying service. <o:p></o:p></li>
<li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1'>Example: An
employee with 6 full years of UC qualifying service in his/her current
title would be placed on step 3.0, unless his/her range-adjusted rate
exceeded the step rate for Step 3.0. In those instances, the
employee would be placed on the step that reflects the nearest but next
highest pay rate. The transition to the step structure cannot
result in a decrease to the pay rate from the range-adjusted rate
described in #1 above.<o:p></o:p></li>

</ol>
<p class=MsoListParagraph style='text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'><![if !supportLists]><span
