guidelines are intended to help inform the campus community of key issues and
principles that need to be considered prior to charging faculty summer salary
to sponsored awards. This was presented by Karen Hruby and Bruce
Morgan. Bruce also presented a Press Release from
the United States Attorney’s Office District of Connecticut concerning
