revised I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form, which <u>must be used for
all new hires</u>, as well as for the <u>reverification</u> of certain
employees with temporary work authorization, effective February 2, 2009.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face=Arial><span style='font-size:12.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>The most significant change to the revised form is that an
employer can no longer accept expired documents during the I-9 verification
process. A number of changes were made to the list of acceptable documents
within “List A” of the form. In addition, when a current
employee is reverified because his or her employment authorization has expired,
the revised Form I-9 with the updated "List A" of acceptable
documents must be used.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
