employee population who claimed a tax treaty for calendar year 2008.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

12.0pt'>This email notice is to inform the nonresident alien of the Tax Treaty
Renewal process that is needed via the GLACIER website.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

12.0pt'>Each individual nonresident alien employee who claimed a tax treaty will
need to log into GLACIER and update and renew their profile in order to claim
any applicable tax treaty for 2009.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>The deadline for this will be December 10<sup>th</sup>. Signed
forms must be submitted to the payroll office by this date.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
