Benefits Enrollment (aka New Hire) application and the Current Enrollments
application on the At Your Service website will close on December 8<sup>th</sup>
at 2 p.m. and will re-open on Tuesday January 2nd. If an employee with a
PIE does not complete his/her enrollments by 2 p.m. on December 8<sup>th</sup>,
he/she will need to complete it by paper. During this closure, employees
who are in their PIE (period of initial eligibility) must complete their
enrollment by using the UPAY 850 form.</span></font><font color=black
face="Trebuchet MS"><span style='font-family:"Trebuchet MS";color:black'><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
