on the Managing Federal Grants website. In addition, the Fall update of
the Guide to Managing Federal Grants for Colleges and Universities has been
posted to this website. The Fall update includes a new section, "Administering
International Subawards," revised content on biosafety regulations and
updates to the lists of select agents, and updated coverage of export controls.
A complete listing of all sections that have been revised with this update is
