weeks ago that the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) will
have an outstanding speaker on writing at our April meeting, one week from
tonight (6 p.m. April 17). This meeting will be a webcast, and we have agreed to
move the Inland Empire venue from Redlands to Riverside this month. CE-CERT has
graciously agreed to be the host site -- this provides easy access to UCR
people, and it provides free parking to APMP people who will be coming from
other areas. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

evening, April 17, by Dr. Tom Sant, a leading consultant on proposal writing.
The talk is presented by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals
(APMP) Southern California chapter, and CE-CERT has agreed to provide a venue
for the meeting, which begins at 6 p.m. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

about him before. He is knowledgeable and entertaining, and I am confident that
you (and I) will come away from the meeting with some tips about how to be a
