San Diego State University Graduate School of Public Health. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="Default" style="text-indent:.5in"><span style="font-size:16.0pt">This study will implement and test a two-arm intervention among preteens at orthodontic offices throughout San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties. Offices will be randomized either
1) to increase physical activity, reduce sedentary practices and promote healthy diets or 2) to reduce tobacco initiation and exposure. We have been working in the San Diego area for the past couple of years and

families might have about the study and enroll them in the study if they are interested in participating. RAs will also collect paper and pencil surveys and take the height and weight of enrolled participants. All trainings and appointments will occur in Riverside
