The purpose of this week would be to raise awareness of the Service opportunities here at UCR through student organizations and community partners. They were also aware that many students, faculty, and staff already current volunteer on a regular basis so they wanted to recognize that good service and show how much service UCR could complete with in one given week. With this in mind Service Week has been confirmed for <b>April 16th through April 23rd, 2011</b>. Attached as a link below you will find a letter regarding Service Week at UCR. Please take some time to read this letter from the committee. <o:p></o:p></p><p>If you or your organization is interested in participating in Service Week events please send a rep to the next <b><span style='color:maroon'>Service Week meeting being held in the Student Org. Workroom (HUB 228) on </span><span style='color:#0033CC'>TOMORROW - </span><span style='color:maroon'>Thursday March 3rd at 11 am</span></b>.
