“Radio Theater” Show! <br>
</b>RIVERSIDE, CA---October 10, 2009---“The Riverside County Almanac,” a
“home grown” local variety show, will present an evening of dining,
“radio theater,” and songs to thrill and chill you the night before
Halloween, on Friday, October 30 at 6:30 PM at Zacatecas Mexican Café,
2472 University Ave., in Riverside. <br>
Phill Courtney, the “Almanac’s” writer, director, and host says, “In this
‘spooktacular’ dinner show we will be continuing our long tradition of
comedy and satire by celebrating the fiftieth anniversaries of both Rod
Serling’s classic TV series<i> </i>“The Twilight Zone,” and Ed Wood’s
‘cult-classic’ movie ‘Plan 9 From Outer Space,’<i> </i>with our own
take-off tributes. Also featured will be singers Steve Eddy doing ‘The
Werewolves of London,’ and Dick Morris performing ‘Ghost Turkeys in the
Sky.’ <br>
