Thank you for sending out the information last week regarding
iEVAL. Many instructors have logged in and are signing up for
iEVAL. <br>
<br>
Please encourage the faculty to sign up by this Friday, November 9,
2007. I will send each of you a list on Friday of those instructors
that have elected to do iEVAL in your department.<br>
<br>
I have had a few questions regarding the new on-line sign-ups, so here is
some information that might help you as you answer questions and help to
facilitate the sign-ups in your department.<br>
<ul>
<li>Each instructor should select either paper or on-line evaluations for
each of their courses by going to

<li>The instructors have been assigned a default based on their previous
method of evaluation. They should check to make sure they are set
up to do the method they prefer. They can change it whenever they
like.</font>

VERY IMPORTANT POINT:</b>
<ul>
<li>All of their courses should be listed when they sign on. <b>The
courses listed for each instructor are taken directly from SIS.
</b>If for some reason, the courses are listed incorrectly or some of
their courses are missing, please make the change in SIS and let me know
so I can get the new information downloaded. (Note: this will also
make the cover sheets you print for the paper evaluations more
accurate.)</font>

I will send another copy (under separate cover) of the faculty
information letter in case you would like to send it to them again. <br>
