Dear French film fans,<br>
This is to remind you that the first film of the 06-07 season at Coffee
Depot, CACHE, will be shown Monday, 9/11 at Coffee Depot (Mission Inn
& Vine) starting promptly at 7:30pm. The film features Daniel
Auteil and Juliette Binoche, wonderful and prolific actors in French
film. Please note that we are unofficially rating this film R for
extreme violence... and do not consider it appropriate for children;
adults - please use your discretion. It might actually be
interesting as you watch the film to think about what constitutes
"extreme violence" in a French film vs an American/Hollywood
film. Oops, I'm getting into teacher mode... Note also that
Jennifer Ramos of the French program at UCR, will host the
screening. <br><br>
