Based on your current eligibility:<br>

University of California open enrollment has begun. This is your
opportunity to make changes to your health and welfare benefits until
November 30. For the first time since the early 90’s the
Supplemental Disability program has been opened without the need to
submit a statement of health. The campus is strongly encouraging
lecturers to enroll in the program. The suggested waiting period for
lecturers is 90 days. Supplemental disability provides continuance of 70%
of your salary after the 90 days paid leave ends. If you are found to be
permanently disabled there are long term benefits. Please go to the

* Enroll eligible family members in your health plans.<br>

* Enroll or re-enroll in the Health Care Reimbursement Account
(HCRA)-<br>

(DepCare)-<br>
if currently enrolled, you <b>must re-enroll </b>if you want to

* Opt out of your medical, dental, and/or vision plan, or enroll in a new

* Cancel health plan coverage for currently enrolled family
