The UCR English Department recognizes distinguished Teaching Assistants
with an award conferred annually during Spring Quarter 2005. The award
committee is soliciting nominations of any current or former Teaching
Assistant during this academic year from English 3, 4, 5, 1A, 1B or a
literature course, who has exemplified outstanding teaching. <br>

You may type or write your nomination directly on this form. Please leave
it under the office door of the Graduate Assistant, Tina Feldman, in the
English Department office (1207 Humanities) by <b>4:00 PM on Friday,
April 8.</b> Alternatively, you may email your nomination to Professor
John Ganim, Chair of the selection committee, at
