This is just a friendly reminder that you can still sign up to receive
your W-2 electronically through the<font face="Trebuchet MS">

Service</a></font> site. The deadline is <b>January 14, 2008. <br><br>
</b>For employees who sign up to get it electronically your W-2 will be
available for download on the <font face="Trebuchet MS">
<a href="http://atyourservice.ucop.edu/index.html">At Your Service</a>
site</font> on <b>January 18, 2008. <br>
</b>For employees receiving paper copies of their W-2 those will be
available around January 28-31, 2008 with your Payroll Coordinator.

<font face="Trebuchet MS">The time is approaching for us to distribute
the 2007 form W-2 to UCR employees. You have from now until
<b>January 14, 2008</b> to sign up if you would like to receive your W-2
form electronically. You will be able to see your W-2 form before
those who receive a paper form. If you choose not to sign up for
electronic delivery, you will receive a paper form around January 28 –
31, 2008. <br>

<font face="Trebuchet MS">To sign up for electronic delivery, select
"Sign in to My Accounts" (top right) on the
<a href="http://atyourservice.ucop.edu/index.html">At Your Service</a>
home page. After you log in with your username and password, select
"W-2" under the "Income and Taxes" heading; then
choose "Select Delivery Method." Check the box, confirm, and
submit your request. You will receive an email notification
confirming any changes to your delivery option; therefore, it is
important that your contact information is up to date (choose "My
Contact Information" from the Main Menu).<br>

<font face="Trebuchet MS">If you have separated employment and were paid
any earnings in 2007, you will receive a paper form unless you had
previously opted for an electronic form. If you have separated and have
not signed up for an electronic form, you will not be able to make the
election. Separated employees must contact their departments to update
their mailing address.<br>

<font face="Trebuchet MS">NOTE: The University of California did
not renew her contract with TALX Corporation; therefore, UC employees
will no longer be able to import their W2 tax information into online tax
preparation software such as TurboTax. <br><br>
W-2 forms for all employees are maintained at AYSO site for later viewing
and printing for a minimum of four years. If you have any questions
about this process, check out the help function within the W-2 section or
contact the campus Payroll Office at 951-827-1957. <br>
