on campus tomorrow. You are invited to hear him talk about his work and
to see his short film "Brick Novax's Diary", which won the US Grand
Jury Prize for Short Filmmaking at the Sundance Film Festival. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

in Walnut Creek, California and grew up in the Pacific
Northwest. At 25, he was hired as a writer for Saturday Night Live,
where he worked for six years, earning an Emmy in the process. He wrote and
directed the popular web series "Carpet Brothers", which was later
filmed as a pilot for HBO. Piedmont also directs commercials with
the production company Prettybird and has directed spots for Pepsi, 7up, HBO
and others. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
