Canada</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>SLS-Kenya-09 (December 13-28), the renowned literary and cultural program, is inviting applications from the UCR students. </strong></div> <div><br><strong>SLS-Kenya is a unique program taking place in Nairobi and on the sub-equatorial island of Lamu (the birthplace of Swahili culture) and combining cultural immersion and literary study of Kenya/East Africa with the creative-writing workshops of highest caliber, taught by some of the leading North-American and African writers.
