Program in addition to a variety of graduate level courses. His lab’s main research interest focuses on the epidemiology of arthropod-borne plant pathogens in order to describe ecological parameters that are important in seasonal disease cycles and ultimately reduce crop loss. Second, the lab is studying various aspects of the biology, ecology and control of agriculturally important mites, with current projects specializing in date palms and ornamental queen palms.
