</u></font>SI Leaders will:
<ul>

<li>Initially be paid $11.01 per hour, though the rate may increase
following the anticipated completion of union negotiations
<li>Be compensated for time spent attending course lectures, preparing
for SI sessions, leading SI sessions, meeting with faculty members,
receiving training, and performing other duties as assigned.
<li>Usually work between 10 and 12 hours per week.
