Hi All,<div>Attached is a flyer for the E3 program at Bryant Elementary that we mentioned during the EEOBGSA meeting today. E3 is an after school voluntary program run by the principal and a parent volunteer. </div><div><br>
</div><div>I've contacted the office and it seems that there are 5 sessions (at least this year and i'm guessing that's the norm) each running for about 5 weeks. If you take a quick look at the sheet attached you can see that there are a variety of class sizes and topics offered. We were thinking it would be great to get a "science fair prep" course going next fall when the school year starts but it may also be possible to do something this year as well. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Session 3 has already started and runs from Jan 9 - Feb 15th. </div><div>Session 4: Feb 21 - March 28</div><div>Session 5: April 9 - May 16</div><div><br></div><div>These classes are 1x per week right after school, I believe from 3pm-4pm. If anyone is interested in developing or helping with a section (totally open to topic ideas as of now) please let Brian or myself know and we can try to coordinate efforts. Once we get a good idea of how many people want to do this we can contact the principal, Lari Nelson, to run the idea by her for approval. From what the office told me they are very open to topics. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Just FYI:</div><div>Lari Nelson: <a href="mailto:lanelson@rusd.k12.ca.us">lanelson@rusd.k12.ca.us</a> (principal)</div><div>Juliana Cruz: <a href="mailto:jmcruz@rusd.k12.ca.us">jmcruz@rusd.k12.ca.us</a> (science fair coordinator)</div>

<div><br></div><div>So, if you'd like to participate in this please send me or Brian the following:</div><div><br></div><div><b>Name</b></div><div><b>Session (4, 5, or Fall)</b></div><div><b>Topic idea (if you have a few that'd be fine, or if you don't have one and would like to do science fair that's fine too)</b></div>
<div><b>Time availability (let us know if you'd like to do this on your own or with a partner or group, if there are two or more people with the same interests we can pair you up. We think a tag-team approach should be just fine).</b></div>
