</b>Physical Plant is poised to begin the floor replacement project in
the Spieth basement and have tentatively scheduled the abatement phase of
the project to begin on July 21st at 5:00 PM with floor installation to
follow starting on July 25th.<br><br>
In an effort to ensure building tenants and vivarium users are fully
informed regarding the scope of the project, Linda Gryniuk, Work Control
& Customer Service Coordinator, has requested a meeting with
department personnel. The meeting has been scheduled on
</font><font size=3 color="#0000FF"><b>Wednesday, July 6th at 10:00 AM in
the Darwin Room, Spieth 1239.
</b></font><font size=3>Representatives from several Physical Plant
crafts will be available to address your questions and concerns regarding
the project.<br><br>
Should your schedule conflict with the above date, please dispatch a
representative from your staff to attend in your stead. Given the
disruption this undertaking will create, it is extremely important that
everyone who utilizes the basement level of Spieth Hall is apprised of
the scope of this project.<br><br>
